Increasing sales through improving the customer inquiry process

One of the Philippines’ leading premier real estate companies, Platinum Properties main clientele is the luxury market.

As such, they wanted to update their current brand to reflect this, as well as create a new online experience for their clients — one that was both modern and sophisticated.

This was a huge undertaking, because aside from a new brand identity, the website needed a particular search functionality, and the company wanted to create a way for their clientele to inquire about several properties, but without having to fill in a separate form for every property they are interested in.

That aside, the company also wanted a content management system (CMS) that their real estate agents could use, with different roles and levels of restrictions.

Problem

The target market that purchases luxury properties in the Philippines were usually above the age of 40, and were not tech-savvy, often only using one computer for both work and personal use.

Other competitors in the market also had sales inquiry forms that asked customers for too much information in one-go.
